One of the largest professional surfing competitions in the state wrapped up in Nags Head Sunday. The WRV Outer Banks Pro is just one stop on the Association of Surfing Professionals world tour. The best in the business fought the elements over four days, working chest to head high waves, and Northeasterly winds. A Hawaiian pro, Jesse Merle Jones took the first place cup. It was the third time in four years that Dare County was the stage for world competition.
