A massive yard sale in the Martin County town of Williamston is an effort to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The Walker Funeral home has been collecting trinkets, clothes, furniture, tools, computers, books, toys, and tons more for a huge yard sale and flea market set for Saturday. All the proceeds will go to the Salvation Army, in hopes of helping the Gulf Coast region. It's a way to pay back the help our area has received during times of need. Again, that yard sale will be held Saturday at the Walker Funeral Home in Williamston. Start time is 7 a.m.
