Rocky Mount Broker in Court

The Rocky Mount broker charged with 100 counts of fraud made his first appearance in Nash County Superior Court. Joe Jones is accused of stealing millions of dollars from retirees in Nash and Edgecombe counties. In court Monday afternoon, Jones' lawyer waived the right to hear the charges against him in order to quickly proceed. His next court appearance is scheduled for the week of December 12.
