New Bern Will Pay Pretty Penny To Clean Up Ophelia's Mess

Video will be available shortly.

Hurricane Ophelia lefts it's mark behind in the city of New Bern... Flooding several streets and causing some minor property damage. Many streets are still littered with storm debris. But those broken tree limbs and garbage will soon be removed according to Danny Meadows, the director of the city's public works department. Even though the storm is considered a small one, it will still hit the city's pockets pretty hard. Up to $200,000 alone will pay for the restoration of electricity, as well as emergency responses services.
