Pamlico Residents Survey The Damage

Video will be available shortly.

Those who left Pamlico County before Ophelia hit have returned to their homes to survey the damage. Residents in Hobucken and Lowland say water only got into one home in the area. Everyone else saw plenty of water in their yards, but it never got high enough to get inside. Some residents chose to evacuate while others decided to stay and weather the storm. Many residents told us they have been through much worse.
