Every little bit helps. That's why some businesses in Washington have set up dropoff sites for you to make donations for hurricane Katrina relief. You can take non-perishable items to the Down East Motor Company off Highway 17, and at Tarheel Medical Transport on Grimes Road. Tarheel Medical also has a drop off in Wilson on Airport Circle. These locations are also accepting clothes and baby items, and hardware supplies.
