A mistrial has been declared in the David Webb case. He's the former assistant principal at a Craven County school that faced 37 charges of sex crimes against a teenage boy. Craven County District Attorney David McFayden got word around one Monday afternoon that there was a hung jury. The district attorney's office will now talk to some of the jurors and the victim to decide whether or not to retry the case. Webb used to be the assistant principal at Brinson Elementary School in New Bern before getting arrested in 2004.
