London Bombings, American Victims

Tennessee sisters injured in London attacks doing well. Two sisters from Tennessee could be released from a North Carolina hospital in another week after surgery on wounds they suffered in the London bombings. Their doctor says Emily and Katie Benton are doing well just over a week after they were wounded. Emily Benton suffered broken bones and other injuries, and Katie Benton had severe shrapnel wounds. The two were riding on the London Underground when a bomb exploded on their train. The Bentons underwent surgery at Duke University Medical Center. Their doctor said today they probably will stay in the hospital for another week, then go home to Knoxville. He said they'll return for follow-up care.
