Lesley "Lucky" Duke is looking out for terrorists. The Hertford trucker recently signed up for the national Highway Watch Program. The program puts truck drivers and others on the front lines of America's domestic anti-terrorism efforts, by training them to report any potential terrorist activity. The American Trucking Association says Duke is one of more than 100-thousand commercial drivers who will do this work. The federal government pumped 40 million dollars into the program for tracking potential terrorist threats, and there have been some results. In Michigan, the program lead to the discovery of men on a federal terrorist watch list who were in a driver-training class.
