D.N.A. evidence freed one man wrongfully convicted of rape in Onslow County. Now, new D.N.A. tests have led to the arrest of a man for that 1981 crime. And, he's already behind bars. Joel Bill Caulk was indicted by an Onslow County grand jury Tuesday, for the March 1981 rape that happened in Jacksonville. Caulk is already being held on similar charges in Massachusetts. Caulk was tied to the rape when new D.N.A. evidence in 2003 led to the release of Leo Waters. Waters was pardoned by Governor Mike Easley Wednesday.
