Wayne County authorities have a convicted sex offender behind bars charged with indecent liberties with an 11-year-old girl. Lawmen say 43-year-old Tony Curtis Goff of 106 Graystone Drive in Goldsboro has been registered as a sex offender since 2003. Authorities at the Wayne County jail say a $100,000 bond has been set for Goff after sheriff deputies charged him with a recent act of indecent liberties.
