The Theta Alpha Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority at East Carolina University grabbed a bucket and sponge Saturday for a good cause. The $3.00 car wash at the corner of Greenville Boulevard and Memorial Drive benefits local underprivileged schools. The event started at 11:00 Saturday morning and wrapped up around 3:00. Drivers were able to swing by and chip in change for the cause.
