The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for Jeremy Thomas Vaden of Wilmington.

Jeremy Thomas Vaden, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was located safe in Wilmington Monday. There was concern because he was in need of medication.

Wilmington police say he was located at a motel with no physical or mental problems.
