Eastern Carolina was touched by Thursday morning's deadly blast in London. Hundreds, maybe thousands of British citizens, live, work and attend school in the area. When word started to spread about the explosions back home, some folks spent hours in front of their television sets for the latest information. Greenville resident Matt Rowe grew up in London and is heading there next week for a planned vacation. So far, he's changed his travel plans slightly. Rowe is no stranger to terrorist attacks. He's dealt with Irish Republican Army bombings that plagued Great Britain when he grew up there in the 70s and 80s.
