Teen Shot and Killed
A Goldsboro teenager is dead following a shooting Tuesday night. Goldsboro Police say 16-year-old Otis Dwayne Davis was fatally shot in the Tanglewood mobile home park off Central Heights Road. Police say the circumstances of the death are still under investigation.
