Funeral Arrangements Are Being Made for a Washington Police Dispatcher

Officials say 48-year-old Seth Paul died Sunday in the waters off Atlantic Beach in Carteret County. An autopsy is being completed, but we're told results could take several weeks.

Paul's family said he had been diagnosed about five years ago with Multiple Sclerosis, an often debilitating disease which affects the central nervous system. The family is asking for memorials to be sent to the MS Foundation.

Paul had worked for the Washington Police Department for six years.
