A group of people riding four wheelers Sunday made a gruesome discovery in Nash County. They found a body badly decomposed along the Highway 64 Bypass near the Nash Franklin County line. Nash County authorities have identified the remains as those of 44-year-old Calvin Lee Wiggins. Mr. Wiggins was reportedly last seen on Old County Home Road in Nashville on July 19. His sister reported him missing three days later. Lawmen do not suspect foul play.
