Sad Discovery in Alzheimer's Search

An 84-year-old Greensboro man was found after nearly a weeklong search dead. Frank Otto Rasche had been missing since July 29th, and suffered from Alzheimer's disease. His body was found by a teenager looking for his cat in Guilford County. Deputies think Rasche had been dead for less that 24 hours when he was discovered Saturday afternoon. Authorities say the death is suspicious, but that there are no signs of foul play. Deputies are still investigating.
