Wilson County Sheriff's deputies have finally released the identity of a man found murdered on the side of Radford Road in between Lucama and Wilson Thursday night.
Deputies say the man found with multiple gunshot wounds was Victor Serrano. Deputies say that a couple called 9-1-1 after seeing a body fall out of the back of a pickup truck. Now sheriff's officials are searching for Serrano's murderer, and if you have any information about this case contact the Wilson County Sheriff's Department.
