One thing you are sure to see a lot of this holiday weekend? Traffic! And get this, the situation is so bad on the Outer Banks, it's made a list detailing the top 10 worst summer traffic delays because of bottlenecks.
Traffic bottlenecks are sections of roads and highways that can't handle peak traffic loads during periods of high demand.
The Outer Banks was ranked fifth on the worst list. The Oregon coast ranked number one.
