Fireworks usually come to mind when you think of the Fourth of July, but others are thinking about family.
The Fourth of July is once again bringing families closer together this year since it falls on a Monday, meaning a day off of work for many people, and folks are taking advantage of the extra long weekend with your typical activities like backyard barbecues and lounging around the pool.
But some try to remember what the holiday really means: the birth of our nation.
