Second Teen Dies Involved in a Crash Last Week

A second Washington teen has died as the result of a car crash last weekend.

Officials at Pitt County Memorial Hospital say 19-year-old Justin Patrick Woodham passed away after spending most of the week in critical condition. Troopers say Woodham was driving an SUV that flipped on River Road near NC 32 in Washington Saturday.

His passenger, 19-year-old Brian Taylor, also died in that crash.
