You can't have a Riverwalk Festival without part of that title, the river.

Folks gathered along the New River in downtown Jacksonville at this year's Riverwalk to enjoy the sites, and feeling of mother nature's own waterways. Plus, the festival had plenty of things for folks to do in the water, like boating, kayaking, fishing, and of course, the upcoming Cardboard Boat Race and Regatta, something officials themselves are looking forward to.

The Riverwalk Festival continues Sunday and that Cardboard Boat Regatta, a boat race with nothing but an imagination, bunches of cardboard, and duct tape starts at 12 noon across from the USO in Jacksonville.
