This is so sad and I feel for the victims family. This man leaving is the result of how poorly our justice system operates. What message is this sending to the criminals across America. You can kill and escape to Mexico. Even if he is caught there, it is sad that he will not be considered for the death penalty. The bottom line is this youg lady or her child did not deserve this. Why isn't anyone letting America know the results of the DNA test? How can his wife help paint the walls and not notice the blood? If it was a crime seen that the Onslow County Police Department described, how could she possibly not know? None of it makes any sense. I truly believe the wife knows a lot more than what she is telling. This man needs to be caught so there can be some answers. If I was her mother I would be on the phone every day continuously until the provided the answers to what happen to my daughter and grandchild. I have he family in my prayers and thoughts. God Bless Maria and her unborn child.

No one is proven guilty outside of court. In a society of laws everyone deserves a trial. All Laurean has proven is that he is smarter than the sheriff's dept that allowed him to leave town.
