Street Lives Up to Its Name

Video will be available shortly.

It's a street in Jones County that residents say lives up to its name. People that live along Watering Pond Road on the Lenoir-Jones County border say the street sign is no joke. Every time it rains the street floods on either end, blocking in those that live there. Many residents in the neighborhood say when a large amount of rain falls, they feel trapped. Another problem along this road is two large ditches that fill up quickly with water and are not easily seen by drivers.
