Department of Defense officials Thursday responded to congressional calls to establish a timeline for leaving Iraq. Third District U.S. Congressmen, Republican Walter B. Jones, was one of many in the house who introduced a bill calling for the timetable. But a Pentagon spokesman said nobody has enough knowledge to set a deadline for exiting Iraq.
