A former dentist at Caswell Center in Kinston, a state facility for mentally handicapped individuals, was sentenced Tuesday on child sex solicitation and pornography charges. 56 year old Guilford Watson of Goldsboro was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison. Watson was convicted in September, following an FBI investigation that began after a 12 year old disabled girl in Georgia says she was contacted about engaging in illegal sexual activity with her.
