As the 2005 Summer Festival gets underway in Washington this weekend, the city, vendors and local businesses are looking to all the people... and business... flocking to the waterfront.
The Washington /Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce says they expect an estimated 20,000 people to attend the 22nd annual festival.
One restaurant manager says he hopes his establishment sees an 80% increase in business this weekend.
