How would you like to be able to skip the Department of Motor Vehicles office and renew your driver's license online? The State House approved a bill to do that. It now heads to the Senate. But some fear that convenience could also mean an increase in identity theft. Captain Randy Glover of the North Carolina Highway Patrol worries thieves could find ways to compromise the security of the program.
