It was a day to watch the skies over the Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville Wednesday for a mid-day air show featuring some amazing aircraft and pilots. The air station opened its gates and hosted an open house for families to enjoy. The show featured the Canadian Snowbird Jet Team, which demonstrated it's aerial abilities for the crowd. The United States Army's "Golden Knights" parachute team made jumps to the crowds delight. This was the first time the air station hosted an open house that featured an air show.
