With the Base Realignment and Closure listing coming out Friday morning, how would businesses around Eastern Carolina military bases be affected with downsizing? Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in Havelock is just one of the area bases closely watching for the 10:30 am announcement. One nearby business, Bronto Models, which sells all types of models, says about 85 percent of their business comes from military personnel or folks who work on the base.
