Kinston Police are looking for a hit and run driver. Officers say 38-year-old Julius Lawson was riding his bicycle on East Washington Avenue Monday night when he was hit by a vehicle. Lawson was taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital by helicopter with a severe injury to his leg.
