What Happened to the Cable?

Thousands of people lost cable in Washington and Chocowinity Sunday night and officials say vandalism is to blame. A Cox Communications fiber was deliberately cut, shutting off cable about 9 p.m. Sunday. The Beaufort County Sheriff's department is investigating. Most of the service areas were restored around 3 a.m.
