He's charged with raping a 10-year-old child. Now Michael Todd House is in the Pitt County jail. He faces five counts of first degree rape. Lawmen say they were first alerted to the situation and did find evidence to support the claims of sexual child abuse. More charges are expected and House is under a one million dollar bond.
