High Winds Cause Ferry To Cut Back Runs Save Email Print

High winds today have forced shutting down part of the Cherry Branch-Minnesott Beach ferry today.

Wind of 50 mph are forcing the Cherry Branch operations to not run its small vessel. That means only half of the ferry runs will operate today.

The ferry division hopes to resume full service on Saturday.

The schedule for the rest of today will be:

Cherry Branch, departure times are 1:15 p.m., 2:15, 3:15, 3:55, 4:45, 5:45, 6:45, 7:45, 8:45, 9:45, 10:45, 11:45 and 12:45 a.m.

Departing from Minnesott Beach, the times are 1:45 p.m., 2:45, 3:35, 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 7:15, 8:15, 9:15, 10:15, 11:15 and 12:15 a.m.
