Police reports show crooks broke into a Greenville business to steal high value copper wire and left behind expensive damage.
Police reports say a business near the Target shopping center, at 3040 Evans Street, was broken into sometime between August 1st and this Wednesday.
Reports indicate the crooks got in through the back door of the property, owned by Brixmor Property Group, and stole $150,000 worth of copper wiring and metal.
The thief or thieves left up to $200,000 worth of damage, according to investigators.
No word yet on any suspects in this case.
