More information about an eastern Carolina fugitive back behind bars after 27 years on the run. We first reported about the capture of 52-year old Raymond Scully Friday. He was picked up in Austin, Texas after being pulled over on a traffic violation. The Austin American Statesman reports Scully lived under the name of Steve Johnson...a secret he told the magazine even his 22-year old daughter didn't know. The Duplin County district attorney says he won't prosecute Scully on the escape charge and is recommending he be paroled and sent back to live with his family in Texas.
