Crash Victims Remembered

Video will be available shortly.

State troopers say an investigation confirms speeds in excess of 80-miles-per-hour in a 35-mile-per-hour zone, was the contributing factor of the deaths of two Beaufort County teens who died in a single car accident Wednesday morning. Thursday shocked and startled motorists slowly drove by the scene of the one car accident on Keyesville road where a cross marks where 16-year-old Eli- Saleeby Lee and 15-year-old Noah Pike died. Both are being remembered and honored by their peers at makeshift hallway sanctuary where students are leaving behind their condolences and prayers at the school. School administrators have scheduled an afternoon memorial service for Friday at Washington High School for students and faculty.
