Ten-Year-Old Dies As Brother Tries to Save Him

Video will be available shortly.

A 10-year-old boy is dead after being shot and killed by a stray bullet. Lawmen are looking for 19-year-old Jeoul Raoul Green of Greenville, who also goes by the nickname "Mobcat." Authorities say 10-year-old Christopher Foggs was shot and killed near the front yard of his Ayden home Tuesday evening when he was hit by a stray bullet. Ayden Police Chief Bennie Benson says gunfire erupted from a dispute between two groups of girls reportedly fighting over the attractiveness of one of the groups, leaving Christopher's family searching for answers. At around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon Green of Greenville turned himself in to the Pitt County Detention Center.
