Woman Dies After Being Struck By a Car

A visually impaired woman hit by a car in New Bern Tuesday has died. Authorities say 56-year-old Brandy Prince was walking with a cane on Neuse Boulevard when she was struck by a car. Police say the driver apparently didn't see her. Charges are pending.
