It was the first of its kind and an amazing success, all centered around the health of women. East Carolina University held a health forum geared towards women at the Hilton in Greenville Wednesday. Nearly 500 women filled up the convention center to hear about obesity, heart disease, medical research, health advocacy and much more. Doctor Nancy Snyderman, a former health reporter for ABC News, was one of the featured speakers.
