Manteo Resident Charged With Murder
A Manteo man called 911 to say his housemate is unconscious. Now he's charged with strangling her to death. The Dare County Sheriff's department says the unidentified woman died a day before 42-year-old Charles C. Wilson made that phone call Tuesday night. Wilson is now charged with second-degree murder.
