Video: Grant Assisting Aerospace Venture Fund AwardedIt's a one-two punch sure to jumpstart our local economy: jobs and money.
The Neuse River Development Authority was awarded a $2,000,000 grant by the Golden Leaf Foundation. The grant will be used to assist companies who make parts for military and commercial aircraft.
It's estimated from this one grant alone, 400 to 500 jobs could be created around eastern Carolina.
