A billboard on Neuse Boulevard in New Bern is attracting the attention of Catholics and others alike. The billboard has quotes from Reverend Billy Graham paying his last respects to Pope John Paul II. It was put there by the Cotten Funeral Home as their way of honoring one of history's most noted religious leaders. The home also has a prayer shrine set up inside which will remain during the nine days of mourning for the catholic church. A guest book is there for the public to sign, which will be mailed to the Vatican next Wednesday.
