Beaufort County lawmen have arrested four people on heroin charges.

24 year old Antonette Jenkins, 28 year old Donald Moore, Both of Blounts Creek, and 29 year old Tandric Tyre of Aurora, and 45 year old Walter Pruitt of Grimesland were all charged with posession with intent to sell and deliver drugs.

Deputies say while going to make an arrest at Moore's home, they found the other three men in a back bedroom.

After finding heroin in that room, police arrested all four.

Jenkins, Moore, and Tyre are all in the Beaufort County Detention Center under secured bonds.

Pruitt was released under a fifteen thousand dollar secured bond.

Awesome job!!!!! That's four more off our streets. I have seen the effects of drugs on people you love. The more we can get off our streets, the less chance our loved ones have of getting involved. Thank you!!!!

I taught 2 of those when they were in middle school and I could have told you how they'd end up. They had no interest in the free education they were offered and you can see how much they learned through osmosis (non!).This was probably as high as their aspirations could take them. And some folks want to blame (and dock the pay of)teachers for the failures shown on end-of-year tests and school report cards?? Let's see the non-teachers out there make more of them than we've tried to.
