He's charged with murdering the grandparents he lived with, and then using their money for his own enjoyment.
Twenty-one-year-old Justin Keith Pelletier made his second court appearance in a Wilson County court Monday morning on two counts of first degree murder. He's accused of shooting and killing his grandparents, William and Edna Brantley, in their Elm City home in March.
Lawmen say Pelletier then used his grandparents’ money to travel to Raleigh, Charlotte and to a rock concert in Hampton, Virginia.
Pelletier's case has been referred to a grand jury for review in August.
