Jacksonville is putting a new face forward for its future, two new faces, actually.
Two clock faces were installed over the weekend on the twin towers of the new City Hall expansion.
The $6.4 million project is reshaping the existing City Hall and expanding into a former bank building next door.
Designers hope the new clocks will become landmarks for travelers on Johnson Boulevard and New Bridge Street.
