Handling Jet Noise

A state senator is working to change the law on how cities and counties handle jet noise from military bases, by giving them the power to create jet noise zoning ordinances. The bill aims to allow cities and counties to force people selling property to inform the potential buyers of the jet noise zone, and builders may be forced to use special insulation to protect people from the noise of roaring jets.
