It's been a year now since a Superior Court judge ruled that a Pennsylvania based bond insurance company pay the Greene County School system half a million dollars. The money comes from a suspected drug dealer who jumped bail. Wednesday, the system was still waiting to receive that money. Greene County School Superintendent Steve Mozingo says the case is currently being appealed by the bond company. In 2002, suspected drug dealer Miuler Flores posted a $500,000 bond, then skipped town.
