Tuesday night, citizens will have a chance to weigh in on the project's details. New schematic designs of the plan offer detail about what development should go where. Officials say the draft is general and flexible enough to be changed and tweaked as needed. The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday at seven in Greenville city council chambers.
